Every five years, City of Smyrna is required to update the Smyrna’s Comprehensive Plan that guides long-term development planning for or community. We need your input to ensure the plan reflects our residents’ opinions. Please read below. Reach out with any questions. Thank you!

What is a comprehensive plan? It’s a long-term planning document updated every five years that combines the analysis of existing conditions and extensive public engagement to create a vision for Smyrna’s next 20 years. It’s an opportunity to build on established and potential activity nodes, major corridors, and future redevelopment areas through recommendations that are rooted in community input.
